Store Medic — Privacy Policy

Store Medic ("we", "the app") is a store-health monitoring tool that watches an online store you own or administer and, with your explicit approval, applies fixes. This policy explains what we collect and why.

Information you provide

• Store connection details — the store URL and, for self-hosted stores, an API key or REST credentials you enter so the app can check and (on your approval) fix your store. These are used solely to operate the monitoring and fix features you request.

Information collected automatically

• Purchase and subscription data — handled by our payments provider RevenueCat and the app store. We receive purchase status (e.g. whether Pro is active) and anonymous purchase identifiers to unlock paid features. We never receive your full card details.
• Basic device and diagnostic data — app version and crash/performance information used to keep the app working.

How we use data

To provide the monitoring, verification and approved-fix features, to operate subscriptions, and to maintain and improve reliability. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers that make the app work: RevenueCat (subscriptions) and the app store (billing). Store credentials you enter are used only to contact your own store and are not shared with third parties.

Security

Data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections. Mutating actions require your explicit approval and are protected by an API key.

Data retention & deletion

You may disconnect a store at any time, which stops monitoring and removes its stored connection details. To request deletion of any remaining data, contact us at the email below.

Children

Store Medic is a business tool intended for users aged 18 and over and is not directed to children.
